I would recommend it to anyone who is willing to get to know themselves on a deeper and more intimate level. it connects you to yourself.

Buy this book!

This is a book about anger and all of its manifestations, such as passive aggression, depression, and being the victim. I was surprised not only about how many forms of anger there are, but how many I have experienced personally or are experiencing right now. Dr. Shoshanna's lessons are simple and can be painful when you go through the work. But without this pain and hard soul-searching work, you won't heal your inner anger and let it go. I wish I had read this book years ago. I wish that if I had, I'd have been receptive enough to do the lessons. I'm sharing some of the lessons with my pre-teen son, so that he will have the foundation to recognize his anger and have proper tools to deal with it. Great book! Do the lessons slowly and often!
