Not recommended reading

with a sea of very good work out there, I feel an obligation to discourage people from buying books that are unnecessary. first of all, this book is 1.5 hours. second, it's full of truisms and generalities and popular studies that may be new to some but we're not new to me. there was nothing new here that I needed to hear. the information was not even presented in a new and profound way. it's just one person's rehash of existing literature and thinking.

don't get me wrong. it's a well produced work. well written and composed and reads easily. there is some value in hearing the same info over again. but again I can't recommend because there are so many other works out there that go deeper and are much more valuable.

the worst part is that really wasn't what i expected. it provided very little concrete, practical information on conversation. I would not call this a guide. I'm going to ask for a refund for this reason.

Misleading title

This is standard pick up artist bs. Nothing regarding conversations and all "self help guru" nonsense. I liked his eye contact audiobook but this one is just ridiculous. Wish I could get my $7 back

Horrible narrator but content is decent.

I don't know what the publisher was thinking when they hired the most monotone narrator money can buy.

I did learn a couple of things from the author about eye contact and volume of your voice but that is honestly it.

For amateurs

This book is for amateurs. It is not worth the read if you already have any social skills at all

Painful listen

Narrator sounds like he downed two bottles of Nyquil before he started reading. Book had a couple insightful thoughts but nothing extraordinary.

waste of time

Out of the brief 76 minutes, most of the words are wasted on the initial hook for the reader's interest. After that there is no substance. I will never again waste an audible credit on one of these self-help "books" that were clearly just churned out to get clicks and impulse buys on the platform. Anyone can record a voice and call it a "book" these days.

Best books

All of your books are solid AF! Simple, all facts and just pure awesomeness. Highly recommend, even for Men that think their game is on point.

Not much content

All over the place. About actual small talk around 15-20% maybe less. It talks about confidence, tells some unrelated stories, advertises other author's books
