Publisher's summary

Develop the core confidence of a badass! Unleash the alpha male in you!

What's the number one quality in men that attracts women, guarantees success, and inspires your peers to follow you?

Answer: confidence!

Some guys have it but only in certain environments (i.e., the club, the gym, the office, etc.). But almost no one has the core confidence that you can carry into ANY environment, no matter how foreign it is to you.

This book teaches you the exact processes to develop the core confidence of an authentic alpha male. A feeling of personal freedom regardless of your external environment.

Does this sound like you?

  • You hesitate to speak up in groups
  • Weak communication: People either can't hear you or ignore you
  • Fear of trying new things
  • Resistance to letting go of the past
  • Feeling of jealousy toward successful people
  • Overly focused on your physical appearance

Sound familiar? If so, there's work to be done.

I was in a state of pure self-doubt. I suffered social anxiety for years. But then I mastered the art of confidence. Suddenly my life changed. It was like a switch flipped in my head. Women started responding to me more positively. Male peers started to respect me. And, best of all, I felt enlivened with a sense of purpose and a steady state of core confidence!

Very few men consciously think about their confidence levels or educate themselves on dominant, powerful, masculine personality traits. Most guys stagnate and accept that they are destined to be losers. Just knowing puts you at an advantage to be alpha.

Narrator seems like he's falling asleep

Very short book, I like the action steps included. Have tried some so far and I like the progression. I think if anyone does exactly what is said to do, a higher level of self confidence is inevitable. The narrator is not my favorite. He comes across as lazy and half asleep at times, but you get used to it.

Fake voice

What would have made The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Confidence better?

I just couldn't stand the voice of the narrator. It sounds so unatural. It just sounds like he is trying to act cool but he end up sounding like a zombie. The information in the book is old or not useful at all.

no energy in the reading by the narrator

no energy in the ready by the narrator. Would be better with another narrator, difficult to get through, also very short, I felt it was very general.

Not Very Helpful

I got nothing out of this book.
I cannot recommend it.
Also, the reader sounds moribund.

Fascinating Book

Though this book is short, there is a lot of great information and even exercises to help boost your confidence and challenges to make public and social encounters more comfortable.

Great Book In Simply Not Fearing Other People!

Great and Simple Write-Up, reasonably organized, the underlying message and the variety of exercises he executes are simply training to not care what other people think of you. These are good habits to maintain and do from time to time.

Verry insightful book!

My two cents -having male friends is very healthy for a male to keep his essence and masculinity. Being confident is also a choice and we all have a choice. thank you!

Short and sweet

Basic stuff but useful nice book. The narrator voice doesn't help but still the content is interesting
