It seems so simple.

You want confidence. You want respect. You want to be an alpha male.

So you read up on all the self-help pap on how to improve yourself. But, you still feel weak and depressed....

Unfortunately, a mere intellectual understanding of confidence, charisma, and the alpha male is not enough. You must first embody the presence of the alpha male. You must master the art of body language!

Here are a few ways body language will improve your life:

  • Instantly feel better about yourself
  • People will look and react towards you differently
  • You will get more respect
  • You will ooze masculinity
  • You will feel more confident
  • Women will find you more attractive

Sound like something you'd be interested in?

What you will learn in this book...

  • The alpha male mindset and how to get it
  • The importance of dominance
  • Body position as approval seeking
  • Mirroring: how you unconsciously lower your status
  • Confidence: a bodily expression first
  • The mind-body connection: an eternal braid
  • Authentic movement: not holding anything back
  • How the alpha male walks
  • Traumatic events and their effect on body language
  • How to increase confidence in one movement
  • The alpha male stance
  • Body language to attract women
  • And much, much more....

I went from a state of pure self-doubt. I suffered social anxiety for years. But then I mastered the art of body language.

Suddenly, my life changed.

It was like a switch flipped in my head. Women started responding to me more positively. Male peers started to respect me. And best of all, I felt enlivened with a sense of purpose and a steady state of confidence!

Quite good content and slowmo speaker

The content was pretty much useful, but the only problem was the speaker, I had to listen with a x1.25 speed.

Terrible

This book tends to do more cheerleading and pep talking to an actual teaching of technique. I may not be the right target audience for this book, as from the beginning it did not feel like you're a normal business self-help book. It feels like it could be done with one chapter as a blog post.

i based my purchase off his previous book on confidence. i feel let down. he has a few good books, but this particular one is mainly directed toward someone who has been under a rock.

Copied and Paste

What disappointed you about The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language?

This was the 2nd book I've listened to and I was very disappointment. The first 2/3rds of the book was basically verbatim of a previous book.

repeatedly the same as in all his other books

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If this little audio piece would be made with much more care and effort it could have been a nice surprise. this way it just is a second or even third vrew of the same stuff the author publishes all along...

What could Sean Lysaght have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

put more effort and care into his work...

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of J. Alexander?

Matt Dillon

What character would you cut from The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language?

Satire?

I bought this audio hoping to increase my understanding of body language.
I suffered through it.
I'm nearly convinced the author didn't know this book was a joke, due to the duration.
Please heed my warning, do not buy this trash. A narrow minded bully judges the reader as a weakling, then he just repeats himself.
I would have given more stars if he had supplied some form of substance, but there must not have been enough room with all of the self agrandissement and petty ridicule.
I don't know about the narrator, he wasn't given much to work with.

Info-less

What would have made The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language better?

This book offered more of a late-night infomercial vibe than any actual information of value. The concept of body language is interesting because a great deal of communication is non-verbal, but this book just fell far short of explaining the subject.

What could Sean Lysaght have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The book seems as though it was designed to be a 'how to pick up girls' book for 14 year old boys.

How could the performance have been better?

All I can say about the reader is: thank God I can speed it up.
