I enjoyed this. For a beginner, it would be full of great information. For me, there wasn't really any new information but things that are worth hearing again. I love listening to things like this to reset my mind and clear all the clutter from the day. This one was enjoyable. I can't say I was crazy about the meditation part, only because the narrators pace slowed and was strange. However, it takes all kinds and he did a great job for the rest of the book. Very engaging.
