A Plan For Life!
Would you listen to The 5 A.M. Miracle again? Why?
Yes. Will probably make this a yearly thing. As my life changes, so will all of the things that are discussed in this book. If I don't re-evaluate from time-to-time, then I've probably missed the whole point of the book and the process!
What does Jeff Sanders bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I'm used to listening to his podcast - so it was like having an extended version of my Monday morning commute. His enthusiasm is contagious.
What insight do you think you’ll apply from The 5 A.M. Miracle?
Too many to list here, but I think the most powerful lesson that can be drawn from this book is that our lives require review. A frequent review - to make sure that the plan set forward is still viable, workable and relevant.

If you put the work in that is outlines in this book, it's totally worth it. I would highly recommend this to anyone that knows they have goals and dreams, but just need a way to get their minds organized around how to make them happen.

On my list of essential productivity books.
This book should be included in every list of essential productivity books, at least in my humble opinion. I have read quite a few books on the subject and The 5 A.M. Miracle somehow sums everything up, while retaining quality. There are mentions of other really essential books on the topic such as Essentialism by Greg McKeown, The ONE Thing by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan and, of course, Getting Things Done by David Allen. But Sanders incorporates many key ideas mentioned in all of these books into The 5 A.M. Miracle and adds on to them with his own ideas and experiences which I personally implement (and see the benefits of) and which I firmly believe should be implemented by anyone who wants to get the best out of each day.
But what I found most valuable in the book are his practical, step-by-step tips and guidelines, or rather action plans for actualizing the 5 A.M. Miracle into your own life. This makes the book easy to follow, easy to sum up and review after reading, which is crucial for actually getting yourself to take action. So I would also recommend rereading the book or at least just going through the quick reviews and action plans at the end of each chapter (and at the end of the book).

Amazing!!! I have learnt so much from this book
I listen to Jeff podcast on a daily basis, I have learnt so much from this guy! The book is packed with good stuff! It's a book that I will need to take my time on and research it, that's how much good stuff it's packed with!
Only improvement tip I could give was at the beginning of the book just describe his personal life abit more and how he made his transformation

Great System for Focus and Productivity!
I have followed a number of systems and found 'The 5 Am Miricle' to be one of the best for improving focus and energy.
The system gives a holistic approach to organising your morning day and evening in a productive and energetic way.
