Good self-help book sharing common sense knowledge and some advise that was new to me. Where this books shines is its set-up, new habits and self awareness take time to develop. Each day of the challenge gives you a little more insight in this thing called "stress" and the exercises help to put the knowledge into practice and sink deeper into your psyche. I found myself repeating some days of the challenge as I went through the book, either because I didn't have the peace of mind to put 5 minutes aside for a new chapter or because the exercise of the previous day really resonated with me. If you're prone to stress and anxiety I can highly recommend this audiobook, just go along the challenge at your own pace.

21 day challenge accepted!

Love that I'm now able to listen to some of my favorite kindle books via Audible, I usually put them on in the train on my way to work, listen to 1 chapter, and then ponder about the daily exercise. Turns a boring commute into valuable me-time :)

The advice in this book was nothing I didn't knew, but did a great job in filling that gap between knowing you have to do something and actually doing it. I really appreciate the 21 day challenge concept, it works for me. I'm in week 2 of the stress management challenge and I've seen a significant improvements in both sleep and, unexpectedly, my productivity.

The narration was easy to follow for a non-native English speaker.
