Good self-help book sharing common sense knowledge and some advise that was new to me. Where this books shines is its set-up, new habits and self awareness take time to develop. Each day of the challenge gives you a little more insight in this thing called "stress" and the exercises help to put the knowledge into practice and sink deeper into your psyche. I found myself repeating some days of the challenge as I went through the book, either because I didn't have the peace of mind to put 5 minutes aside for a new chapter or because the exercise of the previous day really resonated with me. If you're prone to stress and anxiety I can highly recommend this audiobook, just go along the challenge at your own pace.

awesome guide

Awesome guide! I have listened to numerous self-development books and this was by far the best one yet. My friends and co-workers even formed a book club around it. If you have a sense of humor (if you don't, that is your first problem) and want to improve your life, GET THIS BOOK!
