Where does The 21-Day Self-Love Challenge rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is an excellent book with great information. This is one of the better books I have heard!

It usually takes about 21 days to set a new routine. So time to start now! This book will really help you on your way to loving yourself and finding the new you! I fully recommend checking out this book!

worth a read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

Simple. Fun. Effective.

I looked forward to doing this every morning and if you do the simple exercises they actually work. It starts a journey most of us need. each day is only a couple minutes long so no excuses not to do it.

I love this book

This book gets straight to the point. Maybe you want to buy another one because this one is so short, but all that happened is the writer left out the boring bio, intro, the need to do lengthy story telling, and the fluffy motivational speech that pumps you up now, and then you deflate back to your old mental state 10 minutes after you stop listening.

There was one piece of advice that all by itself was eye-opening and changed the way I see myself right away! Then I asked my husband the same questions and he also realized he loved himself less than he thought! What a eureka moment. I've spend a lot of time reading on the internet believing I could get the answers for free, but this book isn't one of those internet copy-cats. It's a unique piece of problem solving material. There is an introspective type list of lessons that are quickly laid out, explained and worked through by the author.

There was one part that did rub me the wrong way, but it didn't deserve a star taken away. It was something about feeling like you have to tell your friends they're beautiful when you know you don't really mean it. Not funny. I do mean it when I say it. If you look at your friends and think they aren't beautiful, the problem is with you--not with them. With that tidbit disclosed and forgiven, it was an amazing book.
