This book was recommended to me by a friend. I found it easy to listen to and entertaining. The book is not too long so you should be able to get through it quickly - or take your time with each chapter to get the most out of the author's advice. Listen to a chapter and let it marinate in your mind before moving on. I really enjoyed Amy Johnson's style of narration.

21 Days to a new habit, I like this concept!
I have listened to the self-love challenge randomly over the last 2 weeks, but I noticed that the words sank in most deeply when I listened to a chapter upon waking. It would set the tone for the day making me genuinely want to take good care of myself.
In every chapter the author shares some knowledge on how to develop self-love and a little exercise to put the information in practice so you don't forget it minutes after you turn off the audio.
One of the most helpful books I've read/listened to so far, recommended!
