I'm going to do this challenge on repeat!

One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on :)

I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.

I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!
