excellent audiobook

I bought the book expecting the same old advice, but was pleasantly surprised. I found lots of small, easy steps I could take and I found that very motivating.

What would have made The 21-Day Self-Confidence Challenge better?

A lot longer and more detailed. Was too basic

Any additional comments?

I expected a lot more from this. I found it both boring and lacking in any real substance or help. Not impressed
