What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
This book got me on the opening paragraphs - what is my relationship to money. I never thought about it that way and it's clear that I am one of the types described in the book. The book prompts you to reflect on your outlook and habits in relation to money and gives options for developing a start to changing your relationship to a better one. 21 days is a start and once you have that down it should become easier.

The first 7 days of this book start of with the identification and acceptation of how you're spending money: no more denial. This is probably the hardest part for most people as they don't want to see that they're responsible for a big part of their problems and the actual budgeting doesn't even begin until day 8! I learned about concepts such as minimalism and actionable budgeting techniques such as the Cash diets among other valuable strategies. Each day builds upon the previous and it's written in a fun, easy way that makes budgeting enjoyable. Narration is always a *fingers crossed* situation when I see an audiobook I want to listen to, but she's good, pleasant to listen to and doesn't make me drift of to sleep. Recommended download!
