Excellent content. No chapter tabs

My low rating is for the format this is in. It is not divided in chapters, so you must listen straight through. You can't open up and choose a desired place in the book πŸ˜•

More about the author than about leadership.

This author spends a lot of time in self-congratulation, and it isn’t terribly useful. I don’t care about his church accomplishments, and I wish the tone had less disdain for women and workers. While there is some useful content here, other authors do a far better job expressing it, and they do so in a way I can share with colleagues at work. As it is, there’s too much religious content and discussion of protected classes for this to be HR safe.
