Good bad not so great reader
If you're using this audiobook to study for Cicerone or BJCP exams beware of pronunciation. The readers of this audiobook butcher some very key terminology.

audio book. ftw
narrator didn't seem bored like some can with nonfiction. have the book can't find time to sit down. listened to this over 2 days while at work. l am trying to build a better vocabulary for what I'm tasting. food pairings and beer cocktails seem really well thought out. If you like beer at all. this is a good listen. will revisit. in the future for sure

Too much info for an audio book
As a self confessed beer geek I can confirm that this is one of the best beer reference books you can buy.
It works brilliantly as a book that you can duck in and out off and reference beer styles and types at your leisure.
Unfortunately as an audio book it's 'information overload'.
At a colossal 16 hours long it is a challenging listen of facts and figures which goes on and on. Great content no doubt but definitely more suited to a written book.

<br />Great intro about world of beers and how it's mad
A bit too boring when he gets too much into describing each style. Unless you're into that type of beer it won't be interesting to you
