Sad. The majority of this book really coddles and protects the integrity of the adulterer. Very little accountabilty for the cheater. This book also has little regard for, and mostly neglects, the feelings of the betrayed, and puts most of the heavy lifting of rebuilding on the betrayed's wounded shoulders. Insinuates it as mostly the betrayed's fault for "pushing" the cheater to into their affair.
While both partners are equally responsible for the problems in their marriage, that does not give anyone the right to bring another person into the marriage. No one is holding a gun to the adulterers head. There are many better options.
Plus... Sue is a materialistic bitch.
No. The distribution of blame and rebuilding is not fair and balanced.
