A good addition to your habit formation library

I've spent several months finding, reading/listening to every book I can find about habit formation. Some are rich with science to back up why habit formation is at the core of who we are. Others, like this one, are practical, down-to-earth and easy to digest.

Definitely worth the read!!

Great read if you want to fully understand the importance of habits and exactly why and how they can make us excel.. I find I am looking forward to implementing some of his habit suggestions now!

Life changing!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Since applying this I've been able to exercise every day, and wake up at 4:30am and go straight for a walk. Now those two habits are almost automatic I'm adding meditation into the mix, Tynan's method makes it effortless! Thank you : )

I've read more books than I care to count on the subject of building habits - this is the only one I'll be passing on to friends from now on. Super succinct, loaded with gold, written by somebody you can tell has really gone deep and invested an extraordinary amount of hard work into his personal transformation. The author reads the title, delivery is a little bland and there are some mistakes that have not been edited out (quite comical), but none of that detracts from the content - this is the first review I've left of over 150 audio books from audible - I'm not saying it's the best of them all, but I felt inspired to support it!

Lecture perfectible, livre intéressant

le rythme de lecture est un peu trop rapide et il a fallu que je répète plusieurs fois certains passages pour vraiment en intégrer le principe le livre est intéressant et donne beaucoup de clés pour changer ses habitudes.
