Whenever I am feeling down or want to settle into thinking that I am doing enough I come back to this audio book and it whips me into shape. I hate that this books makes me feel so uncomfortable that I feel compelled to move and so dissatisfied with where I currently am that I feel like I have to move. It has helped me move forward in my thinking and makes me believe and go forward.
