What an amazing Summary

Its lays out basic philosophies and hidden principles about human body language and negotiation. The three types of "yeses" - counterfeit, confirmation and commitment is something most of us know, but have never put into an forming principle. Naming and organizing even a basic principle, like how people use the word "yes" can be useful in and of itself.

Highly recommended

I like the book, everyone raves about it for good reason. I found the narrator really annoying but pushed through it - very useful and highly recommended.
