Unpolished, unabashed plagiarism
This is blatant copyright infringement, and just embarrassingly poor form. There are several bad/repeated takes throughout the narration that were not removed during editing, and several passages are lifted word for word from the books.

Probably Useful?
The editor failed to remove many, many repeated lines where the speaker was changing his diction. The end was all over the place and didn't seem related to the rest of the book, lots of cliches like "learn about money, eat healthy, exercise". Not bad advice but not relevant to "Steal Like an Artist"
