Being Yourself and Loving It

SARK has an amazing way of taking something that we make so complex (Loving Yourself) and makes it simple. This book is about realizing you may not be perfect but that it's ok. Be who you are and love yourself.

Really a confidence booster for women.

This book is your invitation to let your freak flag fly. This book was recommended to me by a coaching certification program I am involved in now. In the beginning, I didn't think I was going to like it. It seems pretty "out there". Keep an open mind and just listen and absorb. Complete with action items for becoming a succulent wild woman. I don't think I will pursue all of them, but if I do I know it's okay.
