My husband was having trouble sleeping through the night. Since I liked the other Craig Beck audiobooks I decided to give this a try and it worked. So far I have been very impressed with Mr. Beck's work.

Before using this I NEVER felt well rested even when I got a full nights sleep. I am a busy-body and I always have things to plan for and it would keep me from getting a restful sleep. Either my 6 year old would wake me in the middle of the night, or I'd wake up to pee a million times, or I' be thinking of all the things I needed to do and it would keep me from relaxing. I've been using this for almost 4 weeks now and it is life changing!
The first time I used it, I became so relaxed that it actually scared me! I wasn't used to just clearing my mind that way. The second night I let the Craig just do what he does and I now wake up feeling peaceful and rested and ready instead of cursing at the alarm and hitting the snooze 10 times like I used to do. It's weird but I almost feel like a dreaded "morning person". Lol.
I no longer want to nap in the middle of the day and I also have energy to go to the gym after work = A MIRACLE. I've recommended this to everyone I know (although some of them think I'm crazy and the hypnosis thing is too weird for them).
If you're debating this and you're tired of being an insomniac I say give it a try. It's worked better than the melatonin and and the various sleep aids that I've tried.
