Soo useful

I love this audio, it is so useful when I need to relax quickly. Gets me thinking about my breath and relaxation instead of my stress or anxiety. Very soothing and works fast.

very soothing, easy on ears and instantly relaxing

Would you consider the audio edition of Stress and Anxiety Relief to be better than the print version?

It is of course better than the print version. The print version does not have a soundtrack that engages your senses and puts you at ease. The print version does not allow you to close your eyes and be instructed into a state of relaxation. I definitely prefer the audiobook to the printed text.

What about Hypnosis Therapy’s performance did you like?

This collection is terrific for many reasons. One, it's super easy to follow along with. I never felt like I was out of my league when listening as a person who doesn't meditate often. I was able to instantly follow along as non-familiar was never used. No special knowledge required here, just a willingness to relax and follow along.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

I liked that one of the audiobooks gave advice about how to stop panic before it occurs. It also shows you how to control your own body in order to calm your nerves and silence the chatter in your mind. Very useful and practical information. Love it all!
