Lives up to the name, reduces stress

Would you consider the audio edition of Stress Relief: Hypnosis for Stress Management to be better than the print version?

The audio version I imagine is better than the print version due to the nature of this product. It is meant to be listened to, so I'd say the print version is probably pointless. However, the audio version is a miracle for stress relief.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Stress Relief: Hypnosis for Stress Management?

I could feel the stress leaving my body. It didn't even take long. It's a shame I didn't find this sooner because I could have really used such a technique to help with my stress levels.

Which character – as performed by Anita Pierson – was your favorite?

Well, there are no characters, just the hypnosis and the hypnosis music. The hypnosis was effective for me. Probably delayed a few wrinkles as I learn to cope better with stress.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This is certainly an audiobook you want to listen to in its entirety, though I don't think it's necessary to listen to all of the hypnosis music. I was ready to go on with my day after about 40 minutes and stopped audio. I like the option of being able to sit still after the hypnosis and not feel rushed by the hush of silence. The music makes it feel like I'm in an oasis.
