This actually works!

What made the experience of listening to Stress Relief, Anxiety Self Help, and Deep Relaxation Guided Meditation and Affirmations the most enjoyable?

It works! I periodically had anxiety and difficulty falling asleep after having my second kid. so I purchased this along with other books to help me sleep. my sleep quality improved a lot since listening to it. the other books however only made me more anxious after listening.

GOOD so far

This is a very hard thing to review since it takes time for the effect to be noticed, but I caught myself smiling at work while clocking in on a Monday at 5:30 am. We had our first snowstorm over the weekend, I live in Nebraska, soooo, is working =)

Deepest sleep

This audio has helped me to sleep so deeply, and also help me to fall asleep on nights when I have trouble falling asleep. The music is perfect and so is Joel's voice.

It does work!

I only wish I had more input or narration on the other chapters. Telling me about the music or the effect of instrument. Maybe telling me a story time for bed time. It would be a change of pace of chapter 2.

I have never heard it to the end

this is the only book for which not listening to the end because one has fallen asleep Is a good thing.
I switch on and put a timer and let the voices take me to a place of deep relaxation.

Slept like a baby!

I was stressed to the max and I couldn't sleep but as I listened to the deep relaxation meditations I was sleeping like a baby stressed free!! Great book!
