The first 60seconds is missing from the book and the last 30 second defeat the whole purpose of the boom waking you up in such away you feel as if someone slapped you.
If you do decide to buy the book set a sleep timer for 30/40minutes because there is a transition that will jolt you awake and you will be annoyed for a little while before you can relax.
This book is not worth it. The narrators voice is not that relaxing to listen to and the minority of the time you are just listening to relaxing music. You are better of just downloading a relaxing music app.

Last chapter has credits, so you are all relaxed and then... A loud voice starts talking about credits. Stupid

I've never heard all of this book because it is so good at making me fall asleep! I always wake up feeling so refreshed and in general I'm much more alert for the entire day. I used to always need at least 9-10 hours sleep every night and since I've started listening to this ebook my sleep quality has improved so much that even after just 5-6 hours sleep I feel amazingly refreshed and energetic for the whole day. I'm honestly really impressed with the results as I've tried lots of these tapes and this one has been by far the most effective. I would definitely recommend people to try. I have also felt so much calmer and relaxed every day. I have been much more positive and I attribute that to this tape, which is probably why I am leaving it such a good review! :P

Like the voice too. I find a lot of the hypnotherapy audio books narration to be either to peppy and upbeat or too slow, or worse a bit patronising. Joel's narration is great.
