Yes, especially to a friend of mine who's always on a stress mode so that she can be able to to learn on how to get rid of it as well as to for her health so that she can have a better life by overcmoing stress.

This book helps us changing the stressful situation when we can, changing our reaction when we can’t, taking care of ourselves, and making time for rest and relaxation. The first step is to recognize the true sources of stress in our life and apply everything we learned in this audio book so that we can be able to get rid of stress and live our life to the fullest!

If you could sum up Stress Management for Beginners in three words, what would they be?

Nowadays, stress is inevitable but there are ways on how to get rid of them as well as on how to reduce and overcome stress. Through this book/audio book, I was able to learn many things such as tips and techniques how to easily get rid of stress and be happy every now and then. Thank you so much to this book!
