Very very good.

What made the experience of listening to Stress Management the most enjoyable?

Just the fact that it was so easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to implement. Contained a lot of very unique advice and tips.

What did you like best about this story?

Its not a story but what I liked best is the last half of the book as it contained so many different techniques and strategies.

Which character – as performed by Rachel Perry – was your favorite?

? Not that sort of book!

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Not one specific thing, more the fact that dealign with stress and anxiety CAN actually be beaten or at the very least lessened.

Any additional comments?

Everything in the book felt realistic. No stupid false promises here, just really good interesting and unique strategies and info. Thank you to the author for writing such a useful book.

Great book to help combat stress!

This book gave great insight on stress triggers and techniques on how to elevate the impact of stress on the daily life. Be warned, however, you’re going to want to break out your daily journal to help track your progress through this process. The author is certainly clear that not every technique is for everyone but presents them in a tasteful way so as not to create more stress to become less stressed.
I have yet to encounter an anti-stress book that does anything but tell you to disconnect yourself from social media as much as possible. This book is unique in that it encourages social media to help connect and bring positivity into those connections. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to tackle (in your own way at your own pace) the stresses of daily life.

So much better than i expected

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Took a bit of a chance with this one as to be honest i wasn't convinced by the audio sample but i turned out to be a great chance to take. I had to keep pausing it to take in the info as it seemed, quite literally, the books as talking to me and my life.

I have a lot to owe to this book

Excellent and very helpful

Excellent and very helpful book, dealing not only with stress but also with anxiety. I learnt a hell of a lot as it explained everything in a very different way than anything i have read or heard before. I feel so much better, i like how so much of the advice was quick to work.

Helpful.

I took a chance on this, not really believing it would help much - but it very much did.

Stress, anxiety and everything related to it has a habit of creeping into our lives (it did for me), but dealing with it is a lot more complicated than it might seem, but it can be simplified with some of the stuff in this book, especially in the second half.

Narration was good, clear and easy to understand.

Superb!

A superb book which has had a mammoth positive effect on me. Stress, anxiety and everything that comes along with it is not easy to beat...but with the help of this book i am overcoming it so much easier and faster than i ever imagined possible.
