A Masterpiece! Highly Recommended

Would you listen to Stress Management again? Why?

I will definitely listen to this audiobook again. The reason is simple, it clears my head! The content of this book is so realistic and practicable; there are so many practical exercises that I have tried and I must say are efficient.

What about Rachel Perry’s performance did you like?

It is easy to mistake Rachel Perry as the author of this book because of the way she internalizes the book. She sounds much more than a narrator, there's so much passion and experience in her voice. A very good performance I must say

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I was moved by so many parts of this book. There was a part about "impostor syndrome" that really felt like she was talking to me directly. I never knew it was a "thing". This book exposes the culprits of stress and anxiety and efficient ways to not only stop stress, but to also use it as a fuel for success. Invaluable!

Any additional comments?

Overall, this is a very good book. Sarah Wright is clearly a professional in this field and I cannot wait to get a hold of her work again. I will recommend this book to everyone I know because stress affects almost everybody especially in this age and time. This book has opened my eyes to an angle to viewing the subject matter that I never considered. Everyone has a right to be happy, everyone should enjoy life...Everyone should read this book!

Excellent narrator paired with a great book!

This book was a breath of fresh air. Everybody has stress, and not all of us can handle it to the best of our advantage. Rachel's voice was relaxing, and what Sarah had to say about anxiety really made sense. This book won't tell you stress is OK, but it won't put you on a "no-stress" regime either (which leads to more stress!). I could listen to this book like ASMR!

Thanks Sarah!
