calming way to relieve stress

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how simple it was to follow. No experience or prior knowledge is needed and I find that very helpful.

Any additional comments?

I was able to feel calmer after this and feel more inner peace. It's something that can be listened to more than once, which is also very nice and makes for a great long term value.

Effective, helpful and soothing

Would you listen to Stress Management again? Why?

Yes, absolutely. This is a very relaxing meditation that quickly calmed me down.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The meditation is very well written with some insightful advice. The step by step process gave my mind something to focus on and made me forget my problems for a moment. During the session, I didn't think about the day's stresses or tomorrow's to-do list. Instead, I was able to completely and fully relaxing. It's quite a feeling to be able to do that in the middle of the work and school week.

Any additional comments?

I'd recommend finding a quiet place first. If you have kids or pets, make sure they will not be disturbing you during your recharge time. I have found that my "me" time helps me be a better parent, spouse and colleague. This was a delightful way to recharge and get away for a while. Wonderful!

definitely helps

I've been listening to it two nights in a row and it definitely has helped. I fall asleep faster , get a good night rest and little by little things are not so stressful.
