Fine but difficult to navigate
The narrator has a pleasing voice and the meditations seem effective. I purchased this as a bedtime guided meditation that would hopefully lead to less grinding during sleep. On my iMac and iPhone, the audiobook loads as one two and a half hour track. This means I have to start at one point and let the rest of the book play out (as I have fallen asleep). I can't just play one track or portion of the book. I don't know if this would be any different on another operating system. This has made it awkward to navigate for listening at bedtime. When I have started at the beginning, I fall asleep quickly but then am woken up by the start of a different meditation later. There are chapters that I can fast forward through (but not advance to with one click). When I have listened to the last two chapters at bed time, the guided meditation has put me to sleep and that chapter ends with very quiet distance ocean sounds but the final chapter (no voice) comes in with loud ocean sounds as if the microphone was suddenly right at a rocky shoreline! This book probably worked in a different format like on CD where you could easily play one track (and had written notes for guidance). I'm starting my search again.
