Would you listen to Stop Procrastinating Be Proactive again? Why?
Not only would I listen again, but I do every night of the week. I got this audio book to help me with the small & mundane tasks that everybody encounters within their day to day lives. You know what I'm referring to, the little things that take less than 5 minutes, but because they're so little we always justify putting them off because of how easy they are to complete.Well, not only did it help me with those oh so easy tasks, but also with breaking down larger more complex activities into smaller & easier to manage chunks. I could breeze through smaller chunks & quickly move on the next one. After a short while I became so much more efficient with my time & was able to complete larger projects while producing a much higher quality of work.
Have you listened to any of Rachael Meddows’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Currently I have three of Rachael's other books in my library, & while I have gained a great deal from all of them, this one by far has been the most effective for me.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
My favorite part is when she tells your sub-conscious mind to take action every time you see the color red. To me this was brilliant, because red is everywhere.

If you procrastinate & believe in the ability to change deep routed behavior patterns through hypnosis then this book will be a home run for you. Just don't don't put off listening to it every day. I enjoy listening before bed when you naturally slip into a state of your body shutting down for sleep but your mind is still open, this is the perfect time to re-wire your behavior patterns.
