Would you listen to Stop Negative Thinking! Stop Worrying by Hypnosis again? Why?
The book advises daily listening over four weeks. After just one week I can feel the difference in myself and the change has come without strain. I will definitely do the full four weeks and keep it near by for occasional top ups. I will also be using other hypnosis books to address other issues that I would like to improve in myself.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
The production is very well done. What to expect - you are talked into relaxation for the first part, then strategies to avoid or minimize negative thinking are suggested to you. You are supposed to listen every day for 4 week. Just listened 3 times and already experience what I would describe trying to ride a bike with the breaks on if anything significantly negative pops up or the thought hits a head wind once to are aware it is negative.<br/><br/>Obviously, 'story' doesn't apply to a production like this.
