Don't beat yourself up, turn that frown upsidedown
Sometimes, I wonder how people can see things so negatively. But, I realize that what I might see as being trivial is monumental to someone else. They might be carrying an emotional bag of bricks, a bag that I can't see. I've never really known how to help someone like that, or even myself I get down. Well, this book tells you how to pick yourself up, to stop blaming yourself, to stop beating yourself up, and how to start appreciating what you have and who you are. Clinger narrates smoothly and is easy to listen to and follow his instructions. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

A very uplifting and peaceful book!
It's amazing how much negative self-talk can affect your whole day. The narrator did a great job in delivering the information, which was needed to help increase my mood. I also loved all the little quotes that were thrown in between chapters to help make my listening experience a positive one.
