This one simply worked!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I have been an avid wine drinker for to long! I would try to cut back, but found another glass followed the first and then I ate more! After the first night of listening to this tape, I found it hard, but I abstained from wine the next day, I have listened to this 5 or 6 times now and haven't had one glass in over 2 weeks and I don't miss it!!! I have already lost 8 lbs.
Any additional comments?
I was skeptical, but I have to say, it worked on me!!
