This is a very healing body of work. It works on increasing your inner peace, creating inner calm and balancing the energy fields of your body. A must have for the over-stressed person (who isn't nowadays)? Keeps me level headed even during the hardest of weeks. It's a busy world out there, but your inner world can be calm and centered with sessions like this.

The diversity here is not only useful, but it also enhanced the listening experience, There is more than one lesson, more than one meditation and more than one opportunity to feel spiritually cleansed.

This is a bundle that I've recommended to my colleagues, especially those just starting out in meditation and don't have a lot of time to learn longer techniques. i myself find it useful for morning meditations to start the day on a positive note.
