I bought this book as I was hoping it would help me improve my assertiveness and make me slightly more extroverted or expressing myself more comfortably. However, as the title perhaps indicated, it seems to me this workbook is for people who have more serious shyness problems beyond the level of ordinary social awkwardness. I can't judge how good a resource it is for that purpose and therefore I rate it four stars.

This book explains why it isn't that simple, while providing examples and guides for addressing common issues and situations that arise for people who have social anxiety.
A nice book to successfully deal with social anxiety. There are so many useful suggestions that we can apply to our daily lives. And the given powerful tactics to overcome social anxiety are very logical and I think would be very effective to conquer awkward situations.
This book explain everything in a simple yet it educates you more about anxiety. Mostly even I mixed up the judgement of introverts are the same with people who have social anxiety where in it is really different. Very informative book for and best to know the tactics on how you can overcome it.
