Guide for people working in service industry!!!

This is really a definitive guide in having small talks, something that could be challenging for some people. Not everyone can easily start any communication and this book has given some excellent pointers on how to do it. And I also appreciate the chapter that discussed the things that one must not do when starting small talks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Helpful tips on how to make small talk

A very helpful book in aiding persons how to familiarize themselves with persons and engage in good communication in different settings. The book has several guidelines which are proven to be successful once applied as recommended. Readers will also learn how to observe body language when communicating with persons.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
