Outstanding Material that Works!!!

I've downloaded a lot of Self Developments audiobooks and found them to work wonders! The attached reading material is excellent too... When I listen to the relaxing voices of the narrators and their soothing accompanying music, I feel totally relaxed and exhilarated. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!

highly acclaimed/recommend

I wish I could review the entire audiobook, BUT I was asleep before the second track was complete! This Cd which comes with a bonus PDF book is truly AMAZING. There are 3 different tracks to choose from, which relate directly to sleeping.

This soothing CD is ideal for clearing your mind of all your day to day worries and stresses - an excellent choice that's been proven effective by independent research and highly acclaimed/recommend by many blogs. The music and artists voices are superb and they really do know their stuff. It's simply the best "sleep CD" on the market and I have no hesitation in recommending it highly.

It's very soothing

I have a couple of other meditations by these folks and I truly feel they do a VERY good job and I love the visualizations that they use. I always feel better after lessoning to them and I love it and there voices! My only thing when it comes to this when you acutely sit down and lesson to the voices there is not a lot about sleeping better but what ever it works right,.

For meditation, not for sleeping

I feel like I've been deceived by the title. For some reason, at the end of each track, you're aroused to wakefulness. If you're trying to get a good night's sleep it defeats the purpose. The whole reason I spent my credit was to help me get over my insomnia. If I had to do over again, I wouldn't of wasted my credit.

Don't get me wrong, the tracks are good and well produced. But they seem better suited for meditation or boosting self esteem, not sleep.
