Publisher's Summary

The ultimate deep-brain sleep programming mega-kit for Spiritual Breakthrough... As you relax and drift into first-stage sleep, the cycle per second of your brain slows down to "Alpha" level. The second level of "Theta" precedes deep "Delta" sleep. "Alpha" and "Delta" are also the levels accessed for hypnosis programming. So sleep programming suggestions delivered at these mental levels are as effective as hypnotic mind programming. Dick Sutphen's Sleep Programming is an extraordinarily powerful audio experience that will super-charge your subconscious to positively change your most basic beliefs.

Finally!

I've purchased and listened to dozens of these things. Half the time the idiots who are speaking make grammatical mistakes or say something so glaringly wrong that I am jolted out of relaxation and aggravated. This guy has a calming cadence...if he spoke to me this way in the light of day I think I would scream. But he is PERFECT for falling asleep. Plus he gives positive and helpful suggestions. The others I've had, if they speak English properly at all, then they seem to fall in love with hearing themselves talk...meaning that EVERY time you want to get some positive suggestions implanted at night, you have to relisten the jag off explain how and why hypnosis works. What? Do they not realize that we only need to hear that once. Plus the odds are if you're buying self hypnosis or positive affirmations, you probably already "get" how it works. This recording launches right into the meat. EXCELLENT.

I WON'T EVER HAVE TO LISTEN TO THAT ERICK BROWN EVER AGAIN!

Love his voice

How am I supposed to know the story? I'm asleep. I've considered listening to the entire thing while awake just to see what exactly he is suggesting to me. But something stops me not wanting to ruin the surprise of the good habits suggested.
