Very good basic beginner back strengthening

Narrator is calm and reassuring. She uses terms which are easily understandable. The music in the background is relaxing.

Clear and easy to follow

Would you listen to Simple Yoga for a Healthy Back again? Why?

Yes I listen to it frequently as it leads me through the exercises

What did you like best about this story?

This yoga session is eay to follow from the spoken word and has made a difference already to my posture and back

What does Sue Fuller bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

She has a clear and easy to listen to voice. I have used yoga tapes with a voice I found irritating and they were not at all relaxing

If you want a series of exercises that will help free muscles in your back, that is is easy to follow and effective, try this audio book.
