Informative book

This book teaches us how we can overcome shame. That we should surrender to this feeling and eventually get over pass it. This book is well paced, and makes you feel that you are not alone. There are techniques presented such as journal ling and meditation that would help up to free ourselves from self hatred. It teaches us this form of self expression,feel positive shift physically and emotionally.
