This book about Self Improvement will help you improve yourself enhance self-development. Smal everyday changes can have a large impact on the long run. „You are who you choose to be!“. You will find advice to deal with your past, negative people, forgiveness and self-management.
I would recommend this book to anybody interested to work in self-improvement or trying. This is a good book.
