It's a feel good self help book.

The book came across like the author was trying way too hard to assure the readers that they knew a lot about self-discipline. The book recommends therapy-esk coping tools and mantras that made me feel like a whiny millennial after not getting my way.

I'm sure these tools are great for some people and If you are looking for a book to make you feel good with the warm and fuzzes it's not so bad.

A PERFECT OUTLINE TO BECOME BEST OF YOURSELF

Is there anything you would change about this book?

More detailed solution with a longer version.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

For a such a short length audible, we cannot expect a detailed audible to address each and every aspect of personality development and self-discipline. But give a foundation on which you can prep to build yourself. How much time and how many efforts you take will eventually depend on the user.

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

Yes

Did Self-Discipline inspire you to do anything?

Yes
