The prerequisite to change

I am a strong believer that understanding ourselves is a catalyst in change and understanding others helps is to navigate our relationship with others. You cannot put a band aid on a broken leg. You must find the break and correct it to heal. This book does give you a guide to search deeper into yourself to help you heal, but it will take your own research and introspection to create the change. Good luck!
