Life changing

As you study the teachings in this book you gradually become a better person. You do not want to say and do the judgemental things you used to say and do. As judgement disappears from your thinking it ceases to create guilt. You begin to see others in a new way and begin recieving a nicer world.

As guilt drops from yourself you begin to feel better about your true self and others. It becomes a circle of release from the past and future creating a now that contains less fear and is much more pleasant.

Many other self help studies though helpful, are paint compared to these teachings. If you really want to help yourself it comes about from sincerely helping others. Things you once thought important will fall away to be replaced by something deep inside that is far better.

If the world followed the teachings talked about in this book there would be no wars, no crime and It would awaken from its nightmare.

Blemish to the Good Work of the Course in Miracles

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!...If there were a less than 1 star rating available, this would deserve it... Please don't let this discourage you from taking the time to explore the great message the original Course in Miracles work has to offer... Consider another title to avoid disappointment and loss of a credit or funds.... Less than 3rd rate, from beginning to end, in all areas of possible opinion. The content and concepts were so bizarre, and the flow of events broken and hard to follow, somehow way out of sync. Gary came off as a creepy middle aged dreamer trying to convince everyone he's cool by using outdated and badly timed slang/curse words he picked up from a few minutes of browsing the online urban dictionary. Completely out of context and in bad taste. The other two voice actors had me at "God isn't an idiot Gary!", which they felt was worthy of repetition several times for emphasis, and didn't even seem to be concerned with trying to convince the listener they believed a word of what they were saying. Being an Audible member since the beginning of the site myself, with well over 50 listens, this is by far the worst I have ever heard and I felt compelled to share in an effort to help others avoid the inevitable frustration. However, despite my well deserved critical commentary, there is one positive thing I can say I found about this title. This is directed in particular to all of the aspiring authors experiencing lack of confidence in their talent finding themselves reluctant about putting their voice out there and writing a book that has a chance to make it to audio distribution. Put aside your inner critic and don't lose faith, herein lies a message of hope! For, if this drivel can get published, produced, and distributed with any seeming measure of success, there remains indeed a very good chance for any and all of us to do the same....
