Secrets to Happiness

This book contains some solid advice... It covers some aspects that I had not considered and is a quick and easy listen. A lot of the shipping and pricing advice is US-specific, but it provides a good starting point to get you going in the right direction, even if you're not in the US. My only complaint is the lack of a proper table of contents with links to the various sections of the book.

Yes i heard it again and again!!!


What did you like best about this story?

This book focuses on true stories of particularly happy people whom the authors found and interviewed. While there are some exercises for the reader, it's the stories that have the real impact.


Any additional comments?

This makes the book accessible even to people who are turned off by the usual self-help book, and makes me feel comfortable recommending the book..
Some of the people in the book have experienced tragedy, so learning about how they went on to become happy
