Short and useful book!!!!

Book is well organized and nice easy tips to follow to ameliorate and to lead a peaceful life.

My favorite tip mentioned in the book are 'worrying session every day' instead of worrying through out the day and laughing tip

Short but powerful

I listened to this book 3 times on the same day. I'm a new mother with a 2 year old dealing with anxiety and stress. I was never like this prior to having a child. I was always happy and cheerful no matter what. However, now that I'm responsible for another human being, I'm going nuts. I had never been a kids person, I don't know what to do with them. I feel depressed with a lot of anxiety. I often ask myself, am I talking to my child too much, not enough, she still uses a pacifier, am I going to ruin her life because I suck as a parent. However, this book really helped me change directions with my thoughts. Sometimes, it just takes a little guidance to remind you of how to get back on the right path. I'm feeling a lot better.
