I would most certainly listen to this audiobook again, possibly every day until I get tired of it. The affirmations are exactly the kind of thinking I need train myself to do.


What did you learn from Rewire Your Mind that you would use in your daily life?

This affirmations audiobook is good for training the mind to think in a positive way. Half the battle when it comes to productivity, good relationships and winning at life is the mentality you have. If you can master that, you can pretty much master anything. Needless to say, I feel my mind is something worth investing in, and I am glad I did.

I enjoyed the background music and the positive affirmations within this audiobook. They are relatable, positive and vague enough so that everyone can benefit from this type of thinking.
