Good except for the fact that the author tries to hypnotize you into not using these techniques for bad purposes.

I just might be transformed, eventually...

In my opinion, this is a easy to use, clear and relatable. Also, attainable narrative of how to use and perhaps one day master using remote viewing.

For me this is a tool I will be able to utilize all my life with a little bit of weekly determination. Chapter by chapter, they tell a story and give a clear example of how this can help. Chapter after give you the exercise to awaken our ability.

My meditation is deeper. I relax more. My consciousness is clearer. I look forward to being wonderfully delighted one day with the things I come to know.

Last 2 chapters are alpha theta audio tracks. I just tune myself into alpha theta every night and it has been helping me a lot. I am
Getting much better at staying in alpha / theta more due to this training via audio tracks. I do wish they were labeled cause they both sound same to me - so I don’t know why author included two similar tracks when one can suffice.

It's okay

Like another reviewer mentioned, they talk for a long time about how great the book is and give many examples of how the process has helped them. I did feel like they were trying to sell me something quite a lot in the beginning. I understanding wanting to appeal to the audience, but I didn't buy this book to hear how remote viewing can help your life, I bought it to learn how to do it. This is a different technique than what I learned in controlled remote viewing classes, but it does have its place among the remote viewing skillset. The exercises are helpful and useful, so I'm giving it 3 stars for that. I just feel like there was a lot of unnecessary filler.

the fast beat was overwhelming,not for ppl withADD

at first for the first few chapters, it sounded just like an infomercial, that wasn't great. but then it gets better for awhile!!! then unfortunately for me during the meditations, the fast beat was overwhelming, not for ppl with ADD/ADHD oddly enough. I'm usually obsessed with a fast beat, fast moving story. but some of the hypnotic meditation beats were a bit too fast. even making my dog leave the room every night, every time it started.

Amazing program

If you follow the directions and use the synchronization meditations with headphones daily I really don’t see how you could avoid spontaneous remote viewing happening. It happened to me after only 3 days meditating to the meditations in this audio book. I love that the meditations are full chapters so it’s easy to go right to the one I want & set the timer to shut off at the end of the chapter so I can continue my meditation without any disturbances.
