Relaxation Station is a collection of audio guided relaxation tracks. Included in this collection are two guided experiences to be used during the day as a relaxation break. One involves contracting and then relaxing different muscles in the body while the other gently guides your awareness to different areas of your body. Both of these tracks include a portion to guide you out of deep relaxation and back to a wakeful state at the end of the practice. There are also two guided relaxation scripts, similar to those previously described, that are intended to be used in preparation for a restful sleep. Additionally, this collection includes a script for a daily Breathe Easy mindful breathing practice.
