Publisher's Summary

You were born to a live a happy, meaningful, and satisfying life. If you are overly stressed this is not possible. Being stressed and agitated is very damaging to your mind and body. Stress can lead to muscle tension, headaches, difficulty sleeping, poor concentration, and overtime to serious illness. Feeling relaxed will make the world look different, brighter, and friendlier. At first, deliberately reducing stress and increasing relaxation may seem awkward, unnatural. However, if you continue to practice, you will become a master at eliminating destructive stress and increasing healthy serenity. This program will give you the knowledge and strategies needed to increase relaxation. It includes a special track that will take you on a "relaxation journey" where you will experience what it feels like to step-out of tension and into the comfort of deep relaxation. Our Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy audio programs are not "audiobooks", "lectures", collections of "positive affirmations", or like anything you have used before. These programs are deliberately designed to be repetitive. Do not expect them to entertain. Do expect them to up-grade your quality of life, making you happier and your relationships more successful. We have developed what we believe to be the most effective audio programs ever made to help you develop a healthy mental attitude and master the practical skills necessary for success. We know they work well, many people have told us so. Each program is easy and simple: listen for eight minutes a day for about three weeks and directly apply what you learn. People have told us that using Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy audio programs they have learned to stay calm and improve their health, increase their happiness, and strengthened their relationships. We believe you can do likewise. Try it. You have nothing to lose except your stress!

Very pleased!

Despite the previous posters comments I purchased the Audio Book. And
I loved it. It really works. I have become a more relaxed and peaceful
person. Do I understand how it works? Is it entertaining? No and no.
But that doesn't bother me, I just care about results. I think the
previous poster's problem is that she DID NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
It clearly states to listen to listen for EIGHT MINUTES a day (as
apposed to the "entire audio one night"). No wonder there was not time
for the message to "get absorbed". Seriously, if you take a whole
bottle of aspirin for a headache, as apposed to the instructed "one to
two tablets", don't complain if you get a bigger headache!!!

It wasn't what I expected or hoped for.

I was looking for a guided meditation, and although it has a couple short ones, I just didn't appreciate the overall format. He gives some trite examples of people who didn't let things bother them, which I found annoying.
