Publisher's Summary

Learn the science of being an expert listener. Attract the people you want to be close with and create loving feelings. As a great listener, people will feel good around you and seek out your company. Being a top listener is perhaps the greatest single "relationship tonic" ever invented. Learn how to give others the gift of feeling validated, understood, and cared for. Listening carefully to someone is giving them an emotional massage; the two of you will feel close and loving. Our Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy audio programs are not "audiobooks", "lectures", collections of "positive affirmations", or like anything you have used before. These programs are deliberately designed to be repetitive. Do not expect them to entertain. Do expect them to up-grade your quality of life, making you happier and your relationships more successful. We have developed what we believe to be the most effective audio programs ever made to help you develop a healthy mental attitude and master the practical skills necessary for success. We know they work well, many people have told us so. Each program is easy and simple: listen for eight minutes a day for about three weeks and directly apply what you learn. People have told us that using Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy audio programs they have learned to stay calm and improve their health, increase their happiness, and strengthened their relationships. We believe you can do likewise. Try it. You have nothing to lose except conflict with others and loneliness!

It works.

I am a skeptical of self-help titles, but this one is different. When you first listen to it, it may seem a little corny, but I found out that over the past few weeks, by listening to one of the 8-minutes segments each morning as instructed, my relationships began steady improvement. Now I don't rush or interrupt people like I used to. Amazingly enough, I discovered that my friends, co-workers and family are really interesting, if I actually listen. Who knew? Plus the less I say, the better a communicator they think I am, and when I do speak up, they listen closely to me.

Thank you, Dr. Kass!

Not at all what I was expecting. There was very little content and it was a waste of money!
